When you submit an order request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details (including products, quantities, and your chosen payment method). This information is used to process your orders and arrange deliveries.
We offer various payment methods. For card payments, all transactions are processed securely — we do not collect, store, or have access to your card details at any point.
For bank transfer payments, we provide our business bank account details (BSB and account number) to you via email so you can initiate the transfer directly through your own bank. We do not collect your bank account details.
Order and customer data is stored securely with our third-party service providers. We do not store payment card details on our servers. Your order details (name, address, items ordered, and payment method preference) are retained for business records and order fulfilment purposes.
