Terms of Service

1. Order Process

By submitting an order request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Submitting an order request does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed when full payment is received. Prices are in Australian dollars.

2. Delivery

We deliver to the ACT, Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, and Goulburn areas. We reserve the right to decline deliveries outside our service area.

You may nominate a preferred delivery date when submitting your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however the confirmed delivery date is subject to availability and will be confirmed in your invoice within 24 hours of submitting your order.

A standard delivery fee of $25.00 applies to all deliveries within the ACT, Bungendore, Jerrabomberra, and Queanbeyan. Deliveries to the Goulburn area are provided free of charge.

Once your payment is received, we will send a confirmation email and schedule your delivery within 3 business days. You will receive a notification via email or text message once your order is on its way.

3. Weight

In compliance with the ACT conditions or sale of firewood the buyer will be given a written statement of the weight of the load supplied.

4. Stacking Service

An optional firewood stacking service is available at the time of ordering. Our team will neatly stack your firewood on delivery for an additional charge:

• 1 Cubic Metre — $30.00
• 2 Cubic Metres — $50.00

5. Firewood Tipping

Our team will tip your firewood at an accessible location for a trailer. The customer is responsible for ensuring a minimum clear area of 3m × 3m is available at the delivery point prior to our arrival. We reserve the right to decline tipping in locations that are not safely accessible.

6. Payment

Full payment is required before delivery. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit / Debit Card — we will send you an invoice via email within 24 hours with a secure Pay Now button. No surcharge is applied; you pay only the invoice total.
• Bank Transfer — we will send you an invoice via email within 24 hours that includes our bank account details. Transfer the total using your order reference number as the payment description. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving your invoice.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your order before delivery by contacting us. Refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will be issued in full. Orders cancelled within 48 hours may incur a delivery fee.

8. Product Quality

All firewood is sourced from legal forestry operations. We guarantee our firewood is properly seasoned River Red Gum. If you have any quality concerns, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
