Submitting an order request does not constitute a binding order. Orders are confirmed when you pay the Stripe payment link we send you. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
We deliver to the ACT, Jerrabomberra, Queanbeyan, Bungendore, and Goulburn areas. Delivery windows are confirmed by us via email after your order is accepted. We reserve the right to decline deliveries outside our service area.
Full payment is required before delivery. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not accept cash on delivery.
You may cancel your order before delivery by contacting us. Refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will be issued in full. Orders cancelled within 48 hours may incur a delivery fee.
All firewood is sourced from legal forestry operations. We guarantee our firewood is properly seasoned Red Gum. If you have any quality concerns, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
